Oft kann das Wasserstrahlen den Laser bei kleinen oder mittleren Mengen effizient ersetzen und ist daher eine gute Erg\u00e4nzung zu dieser Abteilung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess wird von Arbeitspl\u00e4nen verwaltet, die die Phasen und Kontrollen beschreiben, die vor und w\u00e4hrend des Fortschreitens durchzuf\u00fchren sind, und die die vorangegangenen Schritte und jede Art von Informationen enthalten, die im Moment des Betriebs unter Kontrolle zu halten sind.<\/p>\n<p>So sind wir in der Lage, Teile von wenigen Millimetern bis zu einer L\u00e4nge von 1500 mm zu fertigen und dabei alle erforderlichen Ma\u00dfkontrollen durchzuf\u00fchren, den Zehntelmillimeter zu garantieren und die erforderliche Dokumentation zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Kontrolldokumente oder Materialzertifikate werden archiviert und 10 Jahre lang aufbewahrt sowie auf Anfrage an den Kunden versandt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Realisierung geht vom Prototyp bis zur Serie von 50\/100\/500 St\u00fcck bis
